You'll email me every Monday with a food journal don't worry, only from the past two days of eating, so that I can tweak it for you; you'll never diet again when you learn these tricks.

I'll email you back with tweaks and suggestions so that you do not sabotage your results.

And when you send that food journal in each Monday you can send in questions to me too!

Here's where the rubber meets the road...

We'll set 4 weekly "25 Focused Minutes" on the phone with me so that you can seriously cut your learning curve with weight loss and overall wellness and ask me anything about health topics in general.

The phone sessions will be once a week from Feb 14 to Mar 14 and I can bullet point you and get you answers quickly on many health subjects. (THAT access is only for my executive clients.)

I'll email you my availability; we'll set 4 times, the same day and time each week so it's in the books. We're both busy.

These will be Mon -Thu 7:00 am to 5 pm Eastern in windows that work for both of us. It will be first come first serve.

Same bat time, same bat channel. If you know what that means, we are the same age.:-)

In other words, maybe Every Tuesday morning from 7-7:25 am EST is open for me and that is your time starting Tue Feb 13 to Tue Mar 12th.

Maybe Every Monday 12pm to 12:25 pm Eastern is open and that is your time Mon Feb 12th to Mon Mar 11th.

Again you get the same window every week for 4 weeks because I am putting this in between patients, you get it.

Those phone sessions will be exactly 25 minutes. You can set an egg timer :-) or set your phone.
